This is one of a series of 3 larger paintings based on the waterfalls at St. Nectan’s Glen in Cornwall.

This oil painting measures approx 76cm by 76cm and is ‘ready to hang’ on a cradled wooden panel. The sides have been painted white.

I created this painting in Spring 2023 using oils and added glazes in many layers. I also used oil paint mixed in with an oil medium called cold wax.

This is from my ‘Emerging’ series, a series in which I have been exploring the idea of being seen & a case of, ‘if not now then when?’
