Order processing times

Small painting orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Large painting orders delivered to UK addresses only at this time. Please allow additional processing time for larger paintings, contact Helen before purchasing for extra shipping cost payable by BACS.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Packaging

Packaging is either reused or biodegradable wherever possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.helenleaverart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

www.helenleaverart.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Paintings are packaged with the upmost care and in the unlikely event that you received your order damaged, please contact Helen on receipt with photos at helen@helenleaverart.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Whilst every care and effort has been taken to ensure photos capture an accurate colour likeness, due to the nature of different cameras/screens/monitors, colours may show a slightly different hue. Any variation between the images and the actual artwork is not deemed to be a fault and slight inconsistences will not be a valid reason for return or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your receipt. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact Helen.

Returns must use the same postal/courier service as shipped at your own cost and is non-refundable.

We are unable to issue returns or refunds for non-UK purchases at this time.

Framing

All paintings on board or panel come framed unless otherwise stated in the listing.

If you wish for Helen to arrange framing at an additional cost, please contact Helen for a framing quote. Delivery times will be an extra 2-3 weeks.
